A former Public Relations Officer (PRO), University of Benin (UNIBEN) Sports, Bay Sylvester has been appointed into the Nigeria Rugby Football Federation (NRFF).
Ademola Are, President of the federation conveyed the appointment to Sylvester, in a letter dated Sept. 15.
The appointment came a few days after he was appointed as a member of the Nigeria Olympic Committee.
The UK-based Edo born Sports technocrat and administrator is renowned for his interest and support for grassroots sports development right from his school days at the University of Benin.
Sylvester served as UNIBEN Sports PRO between 2016 and 2021 before moving to the UK for studies where he obtained a master degree in International Sports Management from the prestigious Birmingham City University, England
