President Bola Tinubu was visibly on top of emotions on Monday as he signed into law the bill establishing students loan for Nigerian undergraduates.
It is one of the smart decisions he has taking – like the signing of the electricity industry libralisation bill.
He felt cool in the photo accompanying a tweet in which he announced the signing.
The photo, observers may note, is also important as he is seen holding the pen – contrary to what his ‘haters’ have said that he can’t hold such.
