Grammy winner, Burna Boy, seems to be talking himself into a controversy again.
He says he opened the afro beat door, meaning that his success in the genre is the stepping stone others exploited.
He claims this as he attacks a blogger who compares him with other African artistes.
According to him, he has opened doors in Afrobeats which no other musicxian could ever open.

He wrote:
“PAID BLOG!!!
STOP COMPARING MY SONG TO ANY AFRICA ARTIST SONG!!
I HAVE BEEN OPENING DOORS FOR AFROBEAT THAT COULD HAVE NEVER BE OPENED!”.
This came hours after Davido overthrew he and KZZ Daniel with his new single, ‘Stay Strong’.
Davido and Burna Boy released a new song on May 13 which had left social media users divided on who would take the lead.
While Davido released a gospel song, Stay Strong, featuring Kanye West’s choir group The Samples, Burna Boy released Last Last.
According to a top chart, Davido’s new music had overthrown Kizz Daniel and Tekno song, Buga, which was sitting at number one spot.
Burna Boy however later upturned the table.
