Ghanaian actor, John Dumelo, is shifting ground on his threat to punish himself if the Super Eagles had beaten Black Stars days ago.
He had vowed to walk barefooted from Accra in Ghana to Lagos in Nigeria.
Although he said he was sure of his prediction that the Super Eagles would not be able to beat his guys,, he said he foresaw a very tough duel.
According to him, he knew a lot of people were waiting for Ghana to lose in order for them to see him walk barefooted from Accra to Lagos.
Taking to his Facebook page, he disclosed that if the Super Eagles won the match ], he would have walked barefooted but that would be in the spirit.
He wrote:
“I know a lot of people wanted to see me walk from Accra to Lagos this morning if the Super Eagles had won.
I am a man of my words.
I would have walked but spiritually,
I knew what I was saying.
Kudos super Eagles and Black stars.
