RB Leipzig players were forced to travel to their match at Bochum on Sunday in taxis after the team bus was involved in an accident, the Bundesliga club confirmed.
RB Leipzig’s bus was damaged when it hit a bollard as it left the team base in Kaiserau ahead of the away match.
There were no injuries but players and staff had to find taxis to make the journey of around 45 kilometres to Bochum.
They arrived at the stadium ahead of the 3.30 pm (1430 GMT) kick-off.
