The family of a 72-year-old man, Pa Jacob Olayiwola Olaniyi, has intensified search for him as he has been missing since Thursday, May 2.
The man is a resident of the Alagbado area of Lagos.
According to one of his children, Damilola, Pa Olaniyi is dark-complexioned with grey hair. He is fluent in Yoruba, English and Ghanaian languages.
His last known destination is the Alausa, Ikeja passport office.
On the efforts the family have made on the developmet, Damilola says,
On efforts being made to locate him, Damilola adds, “Although we’re not sure if he even made it to his destination, we’ve searched the passport office and the emergency and mortuaries of LASUTH, LUTH, ILEEPO GENERAL. This morning, we plan to search the domestic airport area and distribute some fliers. We will widen the search area. A report has been filled at the Alagbado police station which is closest to my parents’ house.”
