Borno State Governor, Babagana Zulum, has explained how he and embattled super cop, Abba Kyari, appeared in a video that has now gone viral.
Both are seen exchanged robust pleasantries in a home where Kyari looks like the host.
The video has been generating puzzles, with many wondering how Kyari, now indicted by alleged fraudster Huspuppi in a $1,1m scam, got to have such a baronial place.
Some are also piqued at the governor’s visit to him.
But Zulum has said that he did not at any time visit Kyari.
According to him, they only met in the home, which, he noted, belonged to Senator Kashim Shettima, who was then bereaved.
