The Masterpiece J S, led by Jedidiah Sweetha holds on the 20th and 21st August for the people of Abeokuta, Ogun State and environs.
It is the first, and it promises to be a great event; as foreign and local publishers, authors, book lovers and other book related businesses assemble at the grand exhibition taking place at Sweet Sensation Hall, Behind Opic Building, Oke Ilewo, Abeokuta.
Publishers, authors, parents, teachers, readers, students, schools and their representatives and book related industries are cordially invited to this special book day.
“Books are meant to change lives. Come, let’s celebrate the culture of reading. Let’s improve our
standard of living and increase humanity by reading. Books are beautiful,” said Foluke Sijuwola Falayi, founder of Jedidiah Sweetha Books. She has authored over twenty books. The Masterpiece J S Book Fair, is her brainchild and her way of giving back to the society.
Her assignment is to raise readers who will lead and affect their world confidently thereby enlivening the dying reading culture in Nigeria and in Africa Continent.
