Rising gospel singer, Yinka Alaseyori, has described senior colleague, Tope Alabi, as a mother to her.
According to her, she is like a mother to her and many other people and should so be respected and honoured.
Alaseyori made this known in a video, following the attacks that Alabi has been widely receiving after negatively criticising Alaseyori’s description of God/Jesus in her song ‘Oniduro Mi’.
In the video, Alaseyori said it was time for everyone to come together, saying she had been blessed by Alabi’s ministration.
The video was shared by another gospel singer, Lanre Teriba, who has also been part of the controversy greeting Alabi’s coment.
He tooo had, in a video, appeared to be berating Alabi, although he later explained that all he says in the video is that it is wrong for a Christian to open;ly critise another Christian.
Sharing the latest video by Alaseyori, Teriba noted, “There is no human on earth created by God that doesn’t go through challenges or gets misunderstood… Abeg let’s all stick together and spread our great voices from Nigeria to the rest of the world. The world needs it. God will continue to bless and guide us all. Adeyinka Alaseyori TOPE ALABI.”
