As the controversy greeting Tope Alabi’s disparaging of ‘Oniduro’ a song by Yinka Alaseyori, lingers, co-gospel singer, Lanre Teriba, jas joined issues with her (Alabi).
He said all Alabi was saying on ‘Oniduro’ was pure rubbish.
Alabi had said that calling God ‘Oniduro’ (guarantor) amounted to undervaluing Him.
But Teriba, in a video from a performance over the weekend, expressed support for Alaseyori.
He prayed that God would misdirect the talk of whoever would make everyone’s work prosper – referring to Alabi on ‘Oniduro’.
He added, “Se bi awon kan ni won pe Olorun ni O-wo-kembe-rebi-ija’, suggesting that Alabi too had once described God as one who wears kembe trousers to where they are fighting.
