The Professional Footballers’ Association Team of the Year often called the PFA Team of the Year is an annual award.
This year’s lists includes mostly Manchester City (6) and Liverpool (4) players, with the only exception being Manchester United’s Paul Pogba.
Some players have also been outstanding in their performances this season but didn’t make the PFA team.
Chelsea’s Eden Hazard, despite being nominated, was snubbed after scoring 16 goals in the Premier League this season.
However, Liverpool’s forward Muhammed Salah, whose performance has also been exceptional, was excluded with a total of 19 goals this season.
