Outspoken anchors of popular TVC programme, ‘Your View’, have declared that they are submissive to their husbands.
They said this during the programme on Thursday, March 18, in spite of the fiery views they usually hold about women matters.
They were moved to making the declaration by a contributor who accused them of always antagonising men.
Besides, one of their colleagues, Yeni Kuti, challenged them on whether or not they were submissive to their hubbies.
They were discussing veteran actor Pete Edochie’s controversial argument that women should give their husbands condoms if they think he womanises, instead of causing rupture in their homes.
While Morayo Afolabi-Brown (the host) and her pals, including Tope, believe that oppression should not be encouraged in marriage, they eventually noted in unison: “We are submissive to our husbands.”
