Star actress, Genevieve, has challenged President Muhammadu Buhari over the frustration of Nigerians concerning the operation of notorious police squad, SARS.
Reflecting on the protests against the squad, she said in an open letter on Friday that Buhari was not behaving as if he was in charge.
