Belgium are to test their entire squad, including support staff, for COVID-19 after one player tested positive.

The national team said via Twitter on Tuesday that the tests are to take place on Tuesday after Brandon Mechele tested positive on Sunday.

The Club Brugge defender has “left the group,” Belgium said.

They are due to play Iceland in a UEFA Nations League group game at 8.45 pm (1845 GMT) on Tuesday.
