‘Love Nwantiti’ singer, CK, seems to be in a rebellious mood.

He is tackling his colleagues who used to mock afrobeats but are, according to him, now reaping fortunes from it.

In a social media post in which he is fighting back, he does not mention anyone’s name but he is bent on purging his mind over the matter.

Perhaps Tems is the only act he cannot get convicted over this because she has consistently embraced R&B or, at least, non-afrobeats stuffs.

CK argues on his X page (SIC): “history can’t be rewritten just because some people got paid to rewrite it…i’ll always be here to remind you.

“CKay is the first. I pioneered many vibes Afrobeats artistes thrive off today…iykyk. Y’all laughed when I came up with emo-afrobeat and was on TikTok all day but many are now doing the same thing, calling it ridiculous names (& making $$). you’re welcome sha.”
