The latest summer transfer window has officially closed, and European clubs once again had major breakthroughs.

3. Tottenham Hotspur (~£314M): Spurs backed their project heavily, dropping major fees on Sandro Tonali, Mateus Fernandes, and winger Savinho.
4. Newcastle United (~£268M): Newcastle focused their budget on young talent, making key additions—led by forward Matias Fernandez-Pardo.
5. Aston Villa (~£257M): Villa broke into the top five after securing big-money deals, including striker Nicolas Jackson from Chelsea and Ibrahim Mbaye from PSG.
