Real Madrid manager José Mourinho gave a simple answer when asked about Lamine Yamal’s recent comments.
The Barcelona forward said in an interview that he and Kylian Mbappé are the best players in the world, but added that he deserves to win the Ballon d’Or this year.
Reporters tried to get Mourinho to react during his press conference, but the Real Madrid boss shut it down quickly:
”I respect all opinions, but I don’t comment.”
With the Ballon d’Or ceremony coming up on October 26, Mourinho chose to stay out of the noise and focus only on his team.
