Afrobeats star, Tiwa Savage, has confirmed that the Berklee in Nigeria Class of 2026 will perform at the famous National Theatre in Lagos for a big final concert this Sunday, April 26.
The show is the end of a busy music program between the well-known Berklee College of Music and the Tiwa Savage Music Foundation.
For the past few weeks, students have been working hard on writing songs, recording music, and practicing their stage moves.
The program was created to help young talent from West Africa grow.
The final concert aims to mix professional music school training with the exciting energy of the Lagos music scene.
To make sure the night is as big as the newly fixed-up theater—often called the “Crown Jewel” of Nigerian arts—the show will be hosted by two famous entertainers: singer Darey Art Alade and media star KieKie.
While everyone is excited to hear the new students, people on social media are mostly talking about a “very special surprise guest” Tiwa mentioned.
Many fans think a famous global star or a big Nigerian artist might join the students on stage for a special performance.
This partnership is a big deal for the music world because it uses a historic stage to start a new chapter for African music.
Tiwa shared on her Instagram that fans can get free tickets now on Tix.Africa, but they should hurry before they run out.
For anyone who wants to see the next big stars, the doors open this Sunday for a night that is more than just a school show—it is a celebration of the future of African music.
