Rovers FC scored in each half of the largely one-sided but entertaining match.
Hyacinth Olie gave the Calabar-based side the lead in the 15th minute of the first half.
NAN reports that the hosts extended their advantage in the 75th minute through Emmanuel Ita, sealing the victory.
With the win, Rovers FC now have 19 points from 15 matches, improving their position on the table.
NAN reports that prior to the Matchday 15 fixtures, Rovers FC were second from bottom with 16 points, one point behind eighth-placed Osun United, who had 17 points.
The B2 Southern Conference is currently led by Akwa United with 28 points after Match Day 14, while First Bank occupy the bottom position with eight points.
