Ahead of the Friday burial of Nollywood actress, Allwell Ademola, her colleagues gathered to pay her last respects on Thursday at a special prayer and Service of Songs held in Lagos.
Among them were Odunlade Adekola, Iyabo Ojo, Saheed Balogun, Bolaji Amusan and Fathia Williams.
Ademola, 49, passed away on December 27 after suffering a heart attack at her residence.
Among others who spoke at the event, Ademola’s friend, Rotimi Salami, delivered an emotional tribute, urging attendees to forgive Ademola for any perceived wrongs and to keep her legacy alive.
“If there’s anyone Allwell has offended, directly or indirectly, please, forgive her and keep praying for her,” Salami said, holding back tears.
The burial will take place on Friday at the Atan Cemetery in Yaba, Lagos State.
