Mr Abiodun Tobun, member, Lagos State House of Assembly, representing Epe Constituency 1, has commended Gov. Babajide Sanwo-Olu for his commitment to the infrastructure development in Epe and across the state.
Tobun gave the commendation during an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Epe, on Tuesday.
He praised the governor’s exemplary leadership and infrastructure development initiatives, describing them as truly commendable.
He highlighted Epe’s development progress, including the nearly completed Lagos Lagferry Terminal and the ongoing expansion of the Abraham Adesanya-Eleko to Epe Expressway.
He also mentioned ongoing projects such as road maintenance, upgrading of the Lagos State edifice in Epe, and other infrastructure initiatives.
“Gov. Sanwo-Olu is a man of the people, extending projects across board.
“All divisional areas and every part of the state are benefiting from this administration’s infrastructure development initiatives,” he said.
Tobun, however, appealed to Sanwo-Olu to help complete some pending projects in the community.
“These include the Lagos Lagferry Terminal in Epe, Lagos housing project in Epe, upgrading of Yes Agric state farm, Epe plywood, Lagos film city in the community and other government pending projects across the division,” he said.
Tobun noted that completing the projects would further cement the governor’s legacy as a leader and community builder, who transformed Epe into a megacity and commercial hub.
He noted that all development across the state was inline with President Bola Tinubu’s transformation agenda.
He commended the President Tinubu-led administration on infrastructure developments across the federation.
Tobun assured his constituents of attracting and facilitating more development into Epe community.
