Afrobeats star, Davido, has travelled back in time to when he was nobody in the music industry.
If he was anything, he was a shaky dreamer and a submissive lad running errand for Nigerian artistes who ruled the scene in the late 2,000.
He recalls that Don Jazzy and D’banj were his errand masters then.

He has arguably risen bigger than each of them, especially D’Banj, at least in terms of his status on stardom.
Davido notes in a new video: “In Atlanta, 2007 or 2008 or 2009… In my father’s house, I was freestyling for Don Jazzy and D’Banj. He sent me to go and buy McDonald’s with my papa car — Rolls Royce.”
