Popular OAP, Daddy Freeze, has narrated the ugly experience he has been having since 2019 when he tackled Nigerian pastors.
He says no one invites him to be an MC again, dimming the about $10,000 he used to earn in two months.
He explained his situation in an interview on the Leadership podcast with Stephen Akintayo.
He stated explained he once earned N1.5 million per event when the dollar was valued at N150, translating to roughly $10,000 every two months, or $60,000 annually from MC work alone.
However, after his controversial stance, bookings vanished, and he has not worked as an MC since 2019.
He recalled occasional gigs, but one notable instance saw organisers cancel after backlash from attendees upon seeing his name on promotional materials.
” Because I hadn’t made money in a long time as they paid the money and spent it all. The guy called and I told him we have agreed, he said if it about the upfront, I can keep it”.
