Ibadan, Oyo State-based fuji musician, Rasheed Ayinde, has disputed the Number 4 position in the seniority line with his Lagos-based counterpart, Shina Akanni.
Akanni, aka Ogo Lorin Wa, had, in an interview claimed that after the late Sikiru Ayinde Barrister, Alhaji Kollington Ayinla and Wasiu Ayinde K1 de Ultimate, he is the next in line.
In another interview, however, Ayinde, famed for his Fuji Merenge, argued that Akanni was wrong.
According to him, he is the next after Wasiu because, he noted, re released an album before Akanni did.
Like the ‘Fuji Creator’, Ayinde Barrister, Rasheed Ayinde hails from Ibadan, which is also the hometown of Saheed Osupa and Taye Currency.
