Controversial artiste, Portable, has saluted Grammy Award-winning artiste Damini Ogulu, popularly known as Burna Boy, after giving him N20m.
Portable got the gift following his victory over Speed Darlington in their celebrity boxing match.
The artiste, who was recently detained and arraigned but got pardoned after allegedly defaming fuji musician, Saheed Osupa, confirmed the gift in a post shared on Instagram on Saturday.
“₦20 million from Burna Boy. If you wanna be like Odogwu, can you do like Odogwu? God bless your family,” Portable wrote.”
There is no love lost between Burna Boy and Darlington.
So, many are likely to see the gift in the light of celebrating the defeat of one’s enemy.
