Nollywood actress, Stella Damasus, has recalled how challenging it was for her and her children to handle the death of her husband, Jaiye Abodering.
The artiste member of the popular Aboderin/Punch family died at age 33, while playing basket ball.
20 years after, Stella and the children has visited his grave alongside some loved ones.
She recalled: “Exactly 20 years ago today my husband JAIYE ABODERIN passed away. 20 years later with his children grown enough to honor his legacy in the same place, we went back there. It was not easy to get through this but I am grateful to God for strength.
“Special thanks to my family and friends who joined us and those who couldn’t make it but prayed and called. It is well with us. Jaiye is forever in our hearts. May his soul continue to rest in peace.#20thremembrance #jaiyeaboderinlegacyfoundation#memorial #jaiyeaboderin”
