A former Chairman of the Nigerian Institute of Architects, Engr. Asomba Andrew Egbuonu, has become a victim of two deaths.
He was shot dead in Nnewi, Anambra State, while preparing for his mother’s burial.
His colleagues have started mourning the deceased who was said to be based in Rivers State.
According to a statement by a scribe of the institute, Muhtari Muhammadu, Egbuonu, a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (FNIA) d!ed on Sunday, November 17, 2024, following complications occasioned by gunshots he sustained after being attacked by gunmen near his hometown in Nnewi, Anambra State.
