Seasoned actress, Bimbo Akintola, has said that the wealth some of her colleagues display is not from acting.
She says she is not rich, adding that the actresses get their money from other sources that include extra businesses and dating rich men.
She argued in an interview: “Some of the lifestyles we see on social media can be real, and if it’s real, where does it come from? People come up to me and say, look at those actresses. They are very rich, and I tell them that I am not rich.
“When you see them, ask them what they do because we know how much they sell films. From a lot of actresses I see, I don’t know if it’s from their rich homes or if there are other businesses they’re doing.
“We have heard about actresses dating politicians and all of that, and we know things like that truly happen.”
