Controversial online watchdog, VeryDarkMan, has received a big lift as acclaimed music producer, Don Jazzy, has donated N100m to his non-governmental organisation.
This came days after a Lagos court asked VeryDarkMan to pay N500m damage to veteran lawyer, Femi Falana, over a libel case.
VDM had earlier raised the alarm as the amount was anonymously dumped into his account.
He has, however, discovered the sweet truth.
HThe man, who announced that the NGO would focus on community development and improving public schools, initially raised concerns in a video on his Instagram account, questioning the large deposit and requesting an investigation by Zenith Bank.
“@zenithbankplc please investigate my NGO account, I don’t know what is going on, hope im not being set up….I AM NOT INTO MONEY L^UNDERING I DO NOT DO FR^UD(FOR THE RECORD) Nigerians bare me witness I don’t know what’s up with the account,” he posted.
However, in a new video released on Thursday, VeryDarkMan confirmed that Don Jazzy had reached out to inform him that he made the donation to support the cause
