Ademola Lookman and Victor Osimhen gave a good rating of themselves on Saturday as they hit the net in Nigeria’s 3-0 bashing of the Cheetahs of Benin Republic.
The AFCON qualifier match was the first since Austin Eguavoen took over as coach.
It was thus a great start for him – compared to the shor-tstayed Finidi George who could not secure any feat for the team.
In the match played att the Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo, Lookman broke the deadlock in the first half., while Osimhen extended the lead with a beautiful goal.
