Popular singer and activist, Charles Oputa, also known as Charly Boy, has described the just-concluded nationwide protest as a rehearsal to a bigger one to come.
The 10th of August, 2024 marked the end of the planned 10 days nationwide protests against hardship.
In the old but eternally controversial man’s thinking, the solution to bad leadership in Nigeria is a revolution.
He indicated that the revolution would occur without prior notice, emphasising that it would not be broadcast.
He wrote (stet): “It will take A Revolution To find A Solution to bad leadership. I see the August 1st to 10th as a dress rehearsal for the main event.
“The main event will be unannounced. It will be madder than we ever Imagined. The REVOLUTION will not be Televised.
“Hopefully, it will be The Outcome That Will Bring The SOLUTION.”
