A day after popular pastor, Ayo Oritsejafor, narrated how he survived cancer, celebrated music director and cinematographer, ThankGod Omori Smith, aka TG Omori, has narrated his experience battling a kidney-related ailment.
Omori is consequently spreading a message of hope, saying he does not want to die.
While Oritsejafor said he was successfully treated at a hospital abroad, Omori noted a life-threatening health challenge that has kept him out of the public eye.
In a post on his official X account, TG Omori said his only brother donated a kidney to save his life.
The kidney transplant surgery took place on Monday, August 26, 2024.
TG Omori expressed gratitude for his brother’s selfless act, stating, “Yesterday my only brother gave me one of his kidneys so I could live again.”
He also shared his photos recovering in the hospital, captioning them “Keep my spirit alive. I don’t wanna die.”
This revelation has sparked an outpouring of support from fans and well-wishers, who have been concerned about his absence from the public scene.
