Music superstar, Wizkid, has spoken about a trait he likes with his big footballer friends.
He says they neither smoke nor drink, a lifestyle he considers necessary for their calling.
He notes this as he establishes his passion for soccer, saying he would have been a footballer if he was not a musician.
In an interview, he says he was part of his school’s soccer team.
He says, “If I wasn’t doing music, I would be playing football. I play football real good. I used to be in my school team.”
He, however, notes that his respect for the sport and its demands remain strong.
The artiste then marvels at his friendships with professional footballers, marvelling at their dedication to their craft.
“They party with me, but they don’t smoke or drink because they have to wake up at 6 am for training,” Wizkid adds.
