Former Liverpool coach Jürgen Klopp has clarified that he has not retired from coaching and he is open for opportunities.

Klopp, who led Liverpool to win some vital titles, including the Champions League, had announced his departure from the club earlier this year, sparking speculation about his future in the sport.

There was a report that he had said the final BYE to the game.

But he has said the beat still goes on.

“At the moment, there is nothing at all in terms of jobs. No club, no country. Let’s see what it will look like in a few months,” he said.

“As of today, that’s it for me as a coach. I didn’t quit on a whim, it was a general decision. I’ve also coached the best clubs in the world. But maybe we can talk about it again in a few months.”

Asked if he would accept the England coach role if it was given to him and he said,  “England? That would be the biggest loss of face in the history of football if I said I’ll make exception for you!”.
