The weddings of two Nigerian entertainers that came one after the other last week have come and gone, but some people are not prepared to let the dust settle on the sensation the events created too soon.
Acclaimed musician, Davido, got wedded to his long-term partner, Chioma, while actress Sharon Ooja got married to a businessman, Ugo Nwoke.
After the controversies that also greeted both events, a Nigerian comedian, DeeOne, has decided to compare and contrast.
His decision is that Sharon’s wedding was more classical than that of Davido.
He argued in a post, “E be like this Sharon Ooja’s wedding get class pass David own because from the decor, the class, the elegance; or maybe because I didn’t attend.
“I know I am not being sentimental because if I am asked to choose a celebrity out of the two of them, na Davido I go choose.”
