Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has told newly wedded celebrities, Dvido, and Chioma, that the assurance of their love is heartwarming.
The governor, who was among the dignitaries who attended the highly publicised wedding of Afrobeats superstar at Eko Hotels, seemed to have played on the metaphor of one of the artiste’s popular songs, ‘Assurance’.
The governor extended his congratulations to the couple, describing their love story as “heartwarming” and wishing them a lifetime of happiness, success, and peace.
He said: “Congratulations to Davido and Chioma on their beautiful union. The assurance of your love story is heartening, and I am happy to celebrate with you both on this joyous occasion. May your life together be abundant with blessings, love, and joy. I wish you a lifetime of togetherness, success, and serenity for your family. Congratulations #CHIVIDO24.”
