Award-winning actor, Wale Ojo, has bemoaned the death of his mother.
Although the mum who just passed away did so at a ripe age, he is so pained that he says the world has crashed around him.
The mother’s death and the anguish Ojo expressed would remind followers of the Nigerian entertainment scene how emotional the likes of Funke Akindele and Don Jazzy were when they lost their mothers too not long ago.
Also, superstar, ‘Ojuelegba’ singer, Wizkid, so became half orphan about a year ago.
Announcing the mother’s death on Saturday, Ojo, who emerged the Best Actor in a Leading Role at this year’s Africa Magic Viwers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA), noted: “My world has crashed all around me. Mama is gone. Goodnight Mum. I will miss you terribly, terribly…”
