‘Ajakaju’ producer, Eniola Ajao, has something in common with star actress Genevieve Nnaji: they both had children out of wedlock when they were still very young.
Unlike Genevieve who had always made the existence of her daughter known, Ajao had for about a decade presented herself as single without a child.
She has, however, revealed that she has a 21-year-old son.
According to her, she decided to keep the child out of the scene because she feared men would run away from her if they knew.
In an interview with Seun Oloketuyi, she says, “It was something I decided a long time ago before I even considered pursuing a career in the entertainment industry.
“When I had him, I worried that no man would want to marry me with a child, so I decided to keep it private. I kept many aspects of my life out of the public eye, including my son,” the actress told Seun Oloketuyi in a recent interview.
The movie star, however, added that she eventually revealed her son’s existence to the public after being perceived as a “young girl” by her colleagues.
