Media activist, Reno Omokri, has said that Dunamis Church Pastor, Paul Enenchie, ought to have learnt a lesson about those he (Omokri) calls supporters of Peter Obi’.
It is part of Omokri’s reflection on the Enenche’s lambasting of a church member, Vera Anyim, and its aftermath.
According to him, some of those who criticised Enenchie and are even rejecting his letter of apology are part of those who hailed him heavily for supporting Obi during the last presidential election.
He claimed: “Wherever Pastor Paul Enenche is, I urge him to engage in some serious soul searching. He should start by looking at all those who immediately embraced him when he reconciled with Miss Vera Anyim and commended him.
Then he should look at those who rejected the reconciliation and made outlandish demands on him before they could forgive him, as if it was them he offended rather than Miss Anyim.
Pastor Paul Enenche, if he is honest in his sober reflection, will notice that the supporters of the very same Peter Obi that he carried on his head were largely the same people who refused to accept the reconciliation and made impossible demands on him.
I hope he learns a thing or two about the attitude of some people.
If they can publicly humiliate Professor Wole Soyinka, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, and Pastor Poju, do you think they will honour you after using you? Has Pastor Eneche done more for them than others they have heaped abuse on in the past?”
