Media personality, Reno Omokri, has listed some 10 things Nigerians should do to further strengthen the naira.
Waxing philosophically, he notes that everything boils down to patrosining the country.
In a post on Facebook, Omokri writes:
For the seventh straight day, the Naira has continued to appreciate over the Dollar. This is unprecedented. Every day so far in April 2024, the Naira has outperformed expectations and is now trading at ₦1,244 to $1. This trend is possible partly because you and I continued to #GrowNairaBuyNaija and defeat Arise TV’s evil ₦2000 to $1 prophecy. Even this 1925 Rolls Royce Silver Ghost Barrelled Tourer is going and will be replaced by a made-in-Nigeria product:
Fabric from Lagos
Design from Port Harcourt (@tealsbdazzling on Instagram)
Coral from Bukuma (not Buguma)
Studs from Bukuma (not Buguma)
Walking stick from Sapele
Shoe from Aba
What to do:

Drive Innoson, or Nord
Build with Dangote and BUA
Eat breakfast with Nasco

Fly Air Peace over Air France, KLM, or Lufthansa
Shop at local markets
