As Nigerians and the larger world anxiously await the final judgement over Nigeria’s presidency, the Supreme Court has okayed the live transmission of its judgment on the 2023 presidential election.
The Peoples Democratic Party’s Atiku Abubakar and Labour Party’s Peter Obi are determined to unseat President Bola Tinubu, alleging certificate forger, among other things.
The court is already filled with cameramen from various broadcast stations.
The apex court had on Monday heard the cases and on Wednesday announced that judgment would be delivered on Thursday (today) in the cases of the Labour Party and its presidential candidate, Peter Obi; the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its candidate, Atiku Abubakar and the All Progressives Congress (APC) and its candidate, Bola Tinubu.
