The Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu Gambari, has defined the Olofa of Offa, Oba Muhammad Mufutau Gbadamosi Esuwoye II, as a lifeline pillar of support for humanity.
The Emir said this as he congratulated him on his attainment of 60 years on earth.
Sulu Gambari described Oba Esuwoye II as a quintessential personality, who, before ascending the throne as the Olofa of Offa, had touched lives of millions of people both within and outside Offa Kingdom.
This is contained in a congratulatory message issued by the Emir’s spokesman, Malam Abdulazeez Arowona, on Wednesday in Ilorin.
The Emir described the celebrant has a world-class business mogul, who has over the years embarked on selfless services towards economic development of the nation and creation of employment opportunities for the youths.
Sulu Gambari, also the Chairman, Kwara Council of Chiefs, Mai-Martaba stressed that Oba Esuwoye’s Diamond Jubilee celebration is a reflection of royalty, merit and excellence.
“He is a lifetime pillar of support for humanity, a feature that he is well known for globally.
“On behalf of the entire members of the Kwara Traditional Rulers Council, I applaud the celebrant for his invaluable supports and contributions to the peaceful co-existence in the state,” he said.
The Emir prayed that Almighty Allah grant the Olofa of Offa land more years of fruitful accomplishments on earth.
He therefore urged the people of Offa to continue to support Oba Esuwoye II, in order to attract more growth and development to the community and Kwara in general.
