All Progressives Congress’ presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, has urged Nigerians to remain calm in the face of the naira scarcity disrupting the social system.

According to him, some people are behind the scarcity, saying their intention was to spark a crisis that could lead to the postponement of the election and subsequent interim government.

At the Ekiti State campaign rally on Friday, Tinubu said,”They are hoarding naira so that you can be angry and fight. They want confusion so that the election can be postponed. What they want is an interim government, ING. But we are wiser than them. We will not fight. Any rat that eats the rat poison will end up killing itself.”

At the rally, Ekiti State Governor, Abiodun and his predecessor, urged the electorate to massively vote for Tinubu.
According to them, it is a payback for Tinubu who, they said, had always been with the Ekiti APC through thick and thin.
