Works Minister, Babatunde Fashola, has said that the older version of the All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, is better than the younger version of any of his opponents.
Among those he has in mind would be the Peoples Democratic Party’s Atiku Abubakar and Labour Party’s Petr Obi.
According to Fashola, it is true that Tinubu is older than he was as the Governor of Lagos State between 1999 and 2007, he still has a lot to offer the country and contribute to solving the challenges on ground.
Fashola said this on Thursday when speaking on ‘Your View’ on TVC.
He said Tinubu’s performance in Lagos, introducing problems-solving policies, remained relevant to Nigeria’s present reality.
“I will vote for him, I will campaign for him. Those who have not demonstrated proven capacity should not come near this enterprise,” he said.
