A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, Chief Bode George, has said that he will not vote for the party’s presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, if the issues raised by the G5 Governors are not resolved.
The group that includes some other leading members like George, has insisted that the PDP’s Chairman, Iyorchia Ayu, resign for a southern candidate.
Speaking on ‘Arise Television’ on Tuesday, George said the party’s leadership was dominated by northerners, adding that no South-Westerner was included.
He said there was still the room to address the question of inclusiveness, adding “I will not vote for our party’s presidential candidate if the issues are not resolved.”
