The old student association of Our Lady’s Girls High School of 1982 set, on Friday 16th December commissioned the staff room and the office it built for the Principal.
The commissioning was part of the activities marking the 40th anniversary of their exit from the college.
The inspiring ceremony was held on the school premises located on Famia Road, Modakeke, Ile-Ife.

It had in attendance most of the former students who were filled with excitement as they reunited.
They also radiated fulfilment as they come back to contribute to the development of the iconic institution that moulded them.

They noted in a statement, “We, the 1982 set, made this effort to achieve a better atmosphere for the Principal, teachers and all staff. We started this as a minor project but it metamorphosed into a big one. This is a wonderful celebration with which we are very pleased. We fell great that we are marking the 40th graduation anniversary by commissioning the administrative building. Great 82 set Great OLOGAFE!”
