Famous comedian and actor, Okechukwu Anthony Onyegbule, widely known as Okey Bakassi, has revealed his experience observing the rise of Grammys winner, Burna Boy.

He has cause to celebrate the musician’s widening exploits and fortunes but he said there was an aspect of him that he used to worry about.

Recalling hos they first closely met some 10 years ago, he expressed joy that Burna Boy had overcome the challenge and made Nigeria proud.

He reflected:

“We worked together, almost a decade ago on the Globacom tour. His talent was obvious, looked shy off stage but had so much presence on stage. I was initially worried about his personality because, in my 30yrs on stage I’ve seen so many promising talents decline due to personality issues.”
