Japan have toed the line of Saudi Arabia in the Qatar World Cup as they have beaten the highly favoured Germany 2-1.
Saudi shocked Messi-laden Argentina 2-1, triggering some upsets that may characterise the tournament.
As Argentina did, Germany got their goal in the first half via a penalty kick.
But, as Saudi also did, Japan got their two goals in the second half, via shots that left Germany gasping with surprise.
