D’banj, known for his stage craftsmanship, also performed at the event. He took the audience on a musical ecstasy, interacting with them in his usual jovial manner.
In a video, the twin brothers linked up with the Kokomaster at backstage after their successful London show.
Peter Okoye used the opportunity to tell the press about how they all supported each other without competition in the early days of the Nigerian pop and afrobeat industry:
“WHEN WE STARTED, WE NO DEY BEEF EACH OTHER, WE SUPPORTED EACH OTHER.”
Meanwhile, Peter also later noted that he and his twin brother were doing what they knew how to do and enjoying themselves.
He said they were not competing with anyone.
He added:
I SAID WHAT I SAID!
WE “PSQUARE” DO NOT NEED ANY NEW ALBUM TO SELL OUT ANY CONCERT!
WE ARE NOT COMPETING WITH ANYBODY!
WE ARE JUST ENJOYING OURSELF AND MAKING OUR FANS HAPPY!
IRRESPECTIVE OF THEIR NUMBERS! GOD BLESS ALL PSQUARE FANS AROUND THE WORLD!
