Popular artiste, Ice Prince, has been arrested by the police in Lagos.
They are accusing him of abducting a police officer whom, they add, he also allegedly threatened to throw into a river.
Emmanuel Hundeyin, the Command’s spokesperson, notes this in a tweet on Friday.
He adds that trouble started when Ice Prince drove without’ licence plates’.
Hundeyin tweets:
“At 3am today, @Iceprincezamani was stopped for driving without license plates. He agreed to be taken to the station.
“He, thereafter, abducted the police officer in his car, assaulted him and threatened to throw him in the river. He has been arrested and would be arraigned today.”
